Prompt, courteous and friendly service I recently had tires installed at Fife Honda. Got a competitive price and friendly service. While replacing the tires a TPMS sensor was damaged. It wa I recently had tires installed at Fife Honda. Got a competitive price and friendly service. While replacing the tires a TPMS sensor was damaged. It was replaced, however, the next day the TPMS sensor dashboard light remained on. I returned and spoke with Dani in the service department. She apologized for the problem and promptly corrected the issue. Sometimes things go wrong. It is nice to know that Fife Honda will make it right. More

She was very easy to work with. Her commu My experience with Honda of Fife started out wonderful. The internet sales consultant was nice and friendly. She was very easy to work with. Her communication was quick and very helpful. I was exceptionally pleased with my experience with her. She wasn’t pushy or obnoxious like car sales people tend to be. When I got to the dealership, the beginning of my experience started out great. The floor sales guy was friendly. The test drive went well. He was able to answer all the questions I had. It was during this experience where things took a turn. I noticed the gas gauge on the car I was test driving was near the 1/4 tank mark. I specifically asked the sales guy if they would be filling the tank if I bought the vehicle. He said yes they would fill it up. Once the deal was signed, we went to get into our “new” used car. The sales guy slyly said something to the effect of, “She’s thirsty. They only let us put in 5 gallons of gas in used cars.” I was furious. If nothing else, because of his lack of honesty when I asked him about filling it up earlier in the day. I pointedly asking if they would be filling the vehicle up with gas and he told me yes, they would. I would have been a bit annoyed to learn they only put 5 gallons in the sale of a used vehicle because I think that is horrible customer service. However, I would not have been furious because I would have appreciated his honesty. The fact that he lied to me rubbed me the wrong way and is the driving reason behind this review. I have one more complaint. I had great customer service up until the loan portion of the experience. Once the sales guy heard us verbally agree to buy the vehicle, he basically abandoned us and went on to sell another car to someone else. We waited around for the paperwork portion of the transaction for over two hours. No one came to check in on us, no one offered us refreshments, nothing. We sat at the sales desk by ourselves waiting around. We had no idea what was taking so long because we arrived at the dealership with a loan agreement already signed and ready. We figured out that we were likely put on the back burner because there were two other people also buying cars and those cars were brand new Hondas and we were just buying a used trade in. It felt like we were considered less important customers because our vehicle was valued less than a new car. It was a disappointing end to an experience that started out really great. I think Honda of Fife has quality vehicles and some quality employees. But the employees that are more worried about the sales than the customer service ruin the experience for the good employees. More
