Ok experience Services workers weren’t as friendly as the dealership workers. The employee who was helping me seemed uninterested and irritated to be helping me wit Services workers weren’t as friendly as the dealership workers. The employee who was helping me seemed uninterested and irritated to be helping me with an oil change, probably because he wasn’t going to make much commission off my “sale.” It’s sad to see that they don’t really care if you aren’t buying a car. The oil change was quick and the facilities were nice and upkept. They even washed my car along with the service. I was also supposed to get a chip in my windshield repaired but they basically wrote it off as “not damaged enough” to repair. Despite my purchasing of windshield protection. I was told that any damage from chips to a full windshield break would be covered. Guess I was lied to then... More

In the past, I have always felt hustled or worse... ignored (I suspect because I am not a man but who knows). Had multiple bad experiences at another Honda dealer and did not want to go back. The costco buying program steered me here and I was very happy with how I was treated by every one I encountered. They gave me time and info to check out all my potential purchases both new and used, got me up to date on all the newer features (my car was 14 yrs old so signif changes in technology). Even were concerned about minor things like color. I did not feel pressured. They did not keep adding different things. In short, I am very pleased and will go here again when I am in need. More
