Excellent last minute service My starter went out Thanksgiving. Jeff was able to get me in Friday morning, replace the starter, and we were able to leave for vacation on time. It was fine. I don't really enjoy buying cars, so this might be slightly bias. Salesman on the test drive said he could probably do XXX ount of money, but of cour I don't really enjoy buying cars, so this might be slightly bias. Salesman on the test drive said he could probably do XXX ount of money, but of course when we get back and I agree that XXX was fine he says "oh we'll see what the boss says", which turned out to be XXX+more. Still an acceptable amount, but frustrating that I was given multiple numbers. Then when buying a car in cash, they still ran my credit even though I was told the form was just for "a sales record". Everyone was super nice during the process, of course they were trying to sell me something so nice helps. It's a bit creepy to me to have them announce over the loud speaker that I just bought a car and to try and have my picture taken with the car. I really just wanted to buy a car and go home. More
