Wise beyond his years. My experience with Honda Service has been over the top in excellence due to Jeff Parks. My wife's car has had some surprise issues that needed a quick My experience with Honda Service has been over the top in excellence due to Jeff Parks. My wife's car has had some surprise issues that needed a quick response due to not being about to back out of a parking stall. The alternator had failed and the battery with it, causing no response from the car. We had to have it towed to Honda Service. I called Jeff to see if they could receive the car, and he said no problem. The car was towed to Honda; Jeff took the hand-off and ran for a touchdown. He handled everything, even the maintenance agreement. Everything went like clockwork, and we got our car back in record time all due to Jeff Parks. I was happy to finally be heard I had an ongoing problem with my AC condenser fan. It had been diagnosed and quoted, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't put it off a bit. Finally br I had an ongoing problem with my AC condenser fan. It had been diagnosed and quoted, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't put it off a bit. Finally brought it in for the work and the radiator fan was replaced instead of the AC condenser fan. No matter how much I tried to explain that the wrong fan was replaced, I was told that I was incorrect and that the appropriate fan was replaced, despite the vehicle still having the problem. I called Jeff Parks and he listened to me. He stood behind the service and took care of me and my car. This is the only place that has put a wrench on my car since I purchased it at this dealer and Jeff is the reason why. I have directed business your way because of Jeff. Jeff is great. Be sure to take care of him. More
