What I appreciated more is that Cole recognized that I was 10,000 miles away from factory timing belt, serpentine belt replacements and thought to ask if I’d like to replace them now since my engine would be torn apart. That saved me at least $800. More

I was cheerfully greeted by two or three salesmen when I pulled into the service area parking, but when I walked into the service office, the climate I was cheerfully greeted by two or three salesmen when I pulled into the service area parking, but when I walked into the service office, the climate abruptly changed. I thought it was a bit awkward to walk into the service office and not be acknowledged by even one of the three employees present for a couple minutes. I would have expected someone to say, "Someone will be with you in just a moment" or something to that effect, but there was no response at all; just apparent complete indifference. This has actually been my typical experience at this dealership and it seems very cold and unfriendly. I can't complain at all about Jeff's help from that point on, but my interactions always initially begin very uncomfortably with this service center. More

No one tried to steer us away from that car to look at newer more pricey autos. We knew what we wanted and our salesperson made sure we got it. It was a fun experience on a super rainey day.
