Collen Goodman noted my distress and made time to fit me into the days schedule. The initial diagnosis was scary and expensive - new transmission OUCH! But upon further investigation, it was rodents chewing up my tranny wires. It took a while to get it all figured out, for me to get an insurance guy in the shop and for Honda to then proceed with replacing the wiring harness. I truly felt the service department was rooting for me and my transmission - hoping that would fix the problem and alleviate having to spend several thousand for a replacement transmission. They were attentive and patient during the process and kept me advised daily the status of the repair. In the past I have avoided doing repairs at a dealership due to generally costing more, but at the end of the day I was 100% satisfied and will definitely return for future service needed. Many thanks to Collin , Aaron and the guys in the shop!! More

I came in for an oil change and learned that my 60,000 recommended servicing had not been done on my car that I had just purchased a few months back. I was already at 72,000 miles. I was upset to learn that the cost to service my car would be nearly $600. Collin was great and alleviated my disappointment and frustration. He took the time to investigate what was done on my car to prepare it for resale. Based on this investigation, I was able to still get my 60,000 recommended servicing completed at a much more affordable price. More
