Very thorough explanation of problem, what was fixed I was informed before hand of what was to be done. When a part was needed I was offered a loaner to use but didn't have to get one. Great service. Great service and service staff from check-in to checkout. I brought two of my Honda’s in two separate days- 1st day the Civic and 2nd day one of two Great service and service staff from check-in to checkout. The only thing that was forgotten was the inside windshield oil reminder sticker for the Civic. I don’t have one and forgot to ask for it the 2nd scheduled service day when I brought the Accord in.
