Fast, fair, efficient "Quality of work" rated with a 5-star rating is not fair to me. I assume the work is being done by professionals and that they are doing their 5-star "Quality of work" rated with a 5-star rating is not fair to me. My car is always vacuumed inside and washed outside which gives the appearance of attention to small details, but I am not mechanically-savvy, so I am trusting that everything related to the performance of the car has been done appropriately. I don't seem to have to bring the car back for repeated service of the same thing more than annually, so given that, for now I rate "quality of work" five stars. More
