Always Excellent Service! The alternator went out on my Acura TL and I immediately called Honda of Fife. I didn’t know where to begin because I was in SoDo in Seattle. Jeff is my favorite service advisor and he gave me the name of a towing company and made arrangement for a loaner for me to get back to work. Within a few hours they knew what the problem was and started repairs. Jeff took care of everything and reassured me the car would be fine. A really tough experience was taken care of. Jeff was as always, amazing to deal with. Jeff and Aaron are amazing to work with. I haven’t taken my car anywhere else for the 13 years I have owned MY TL. More
