Service experience Good Morning, We recently had a 165,000 mile tune-up on our 2005 Honda Accord, and our Service Advisor Kamryn Gee, was awesome. She has outstanding Good Morning, We recently had a 165,000 mile tune-up on our 2005 Honda Accord, and our Service Advisor Kamryn Gee, was awesome. She has outstanding customer service skills and treated us with such kindness. When our service was completed, Kamryn went over each service that was detailed on the billing invoice. She explained the replaced windshield wiper rods had to be special ordered and would be delivered the next day, she promptly made a service appointment to have the rods installed. Great dealership and customer service Not to many dealerships will stay late for you.We came a little late to to Honda of Fife.Ended up with Jeff who was awesome and did everything he coul Not to many dealerships will stay late for you.We came a little late to to Honda of Fife.Ended up with Jeff who was awesome and did everything he could to accommodate us on our vehicle purchase. We drove an hour to this dealership even though we had one 10 minutes from our house because the staff was excellent and very helpful,and that was just over email.Once we were at the dealership we were asked "what we want" and not sold a vehicle that didn't fit us.We were given options by our sales person. Finance person was awesome as well,not pushy.He presented and offer, we decided and he didn't try to change our minds or "up-Sale" us on a warranty that we felt wasn't needed. All in all the purchase went smooth,we were very informed and presented with lists of options for our vehicle purchase. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with settings,offered to go over all options of the vehicle and attempted to find us a different color. More
