I’ve been servicing my vehicles here for about 14 years. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I usually am very guarded when it comes a mechanic touching my cars, but I trust the work they do and the wor Staff is always friendly and courteous. There’s been a couple snafus like not resetting the oil change or a windshield wiper not working right, but they always are quick to fix a mistake. I do recommend them. More

Both Sales and Service is top notch. I moved to the area back in 2018 and regularly brought my 2012 CRV to their Service Department. When I started looking into at a 2020 Pilot, I went to several other Hon back in 2018 and regularly brought my 2012 CRV to their Service Department. When I started looking into at a 2020 Pilot, I went to several other Honda dealerships which lured me in only to find out they did not have the vehicle, and I was using the Costco pricing. Very disheartening. One even when as far as telling me there weren’t any new or use Pilot Touring in the area. I went on Truecar which pointed me back to Honda of Ffe who had both new and used 2020 Honda. I appreciated my sales person so much Jin, who made me feel like family.
