Jeff parks was super helpful in scheduling my appt and called when there was a change to my order and he helped me get my rotors replaced and was able to order genuine Honda parts for me! Service person yesterday however, was not knowledgeable (and this is after the COVID layoff, you'd think only the best would remain) and the carwash after took 20 minutes (I blame this on short staff). The tech did not reset my oil life indicator. I had to call in and do it myself. At checkout, if the service desk person had known their job, and researched the service history, I wouldn't have to figure out whether I need a 150k miles service. Anyways, the first visit resonates better as it was during "normal times" More
