Had to have my 2008 van towed in from Ashford to Fife because it was leaking transmission fluid (smoking and stinking). The transmission had come on so we just parked it because we didn't have the money because it was leaking transmission fluid (smoking and stinking). The transmission had come on so we just parked it because we didn't have the money to fix it at that time. During this time the battery failed and had to be replaced so any codes that were displayed were erased. When we picked up the van they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it? Mind you, we live in Ashford and Fife is a 112 mile round trip! So far, we had to tow it in, drive back down to pick it up and return to Ashford. Guess what? We had to run to the SouthHill Multicare Emergency Clinic Friday night and by the time we got there the smoke was coming from under the hood and it was really stinking. Today I drove to the Post Office and by the time I got there smoke was coming from under the hood and it was putting up a stink. Just drove it 6 miles to the Ashford Post Office and by the time I got there it was smoking and stinking AGAIN! So far I have expended a lot of resources and my van is still leaking transmission fluid! I don't I'll bring it back. I am really dissatisfied. More
