Always 5 star I came to Honda of Fife after having repeated difficulties at a service department within a dealership that is closer to my home. They've always taken great care of me and my vehicle. They are reasonable about what services are most needed, and will help me prioritize when it comes to things that are more costly. They are supportive, explain things thoroughly, and there is no pressure. At the previous dealership they would recommend excessive services and I was always feeling I had to question everything. I've been getting my Pilot serviced here for at least a couple of years now and it is consistently great. More

I came in to get an oil change. I felt pressured to get the 30k check service for over $500. Not nice! He was loud about it and looked annoyed when I refused the service. I felt embarrassed! I’m tired of coming in and always being made to feel like crap when I don’t want the extra services. 1 hour after leaving, my tire signal came on. My husband checked my tires and they were on 43-45 when my car requires no more than 33. Will NOT be returning to this location after years of only coming here! More
