Very poor experience. I am a professional woman interested in buying a car. I was systematically ignored and disregarded as the sales staff and even the manager directed all their discussion to my interested in buying a car. I was systematically ignored and disregarded as the sales staff and even the manager directed all their discussion to my male companion. Although they used my salary and my credit rating to determine my eligibility for credit they ignored me and discussed me with my male companion as if I weren’t there. I finally just walked out. In addition to this sexist attitude, the staff also showed poor knowledge of their vehicles, of Honda programs, and of the laws and regulations relating to vehicle registration and taxes. I’d advise anyone, especially women, to avoid this dealership. More

I came in and had my caliper replaced. I rushed back in the rain to pick up my car. I was disappointed that my car ran horrible when I picked up my car.
