I went in for my 10k mile oil change. Not thinking they would be open on a Sunday, I was very pleased to see that they were. Dani Jimenez was my service advisor and was very nice and down to earth. I had the best experience buying my 2013 Honda Accord V-6. This is my 4th car and 3rd Honda in 20 years. I spent a total of 6 hours trying to decide on the Model and color of the car I wanted. Although my two boys and my husband became very inpatient with me, Michael Moore was extremely courteous and pleasant during the entire process. My initial contact with Michael was a few days prior when I called to inquire about the MPG on my 2004 Accord LX. His customer service skills impressed me so much that I wrote his name down and decided that I would give him my business if I decide to buy a new car. Upon my arrival at the dealership his warmth was very inviting and the attention he showed to the needs of my family left me speechless. The entire Team at Honda of Fife is the best I've seen so far.
