I've been to all of the Honda dealerships in the lower Seattle region, and Fife Honda is far out the best that I've been to. From now on it will be the only Honda dealership that I deal with. Honda of Fife has been great! When I bought my used Pilot I didn't feel any pressure. I actually went home and though about it for a few days. Other dealers would call and call during this time but H Pilot I didn't feel any pressure. I actually went home and though about it for a few days. Later it was time for a oil change and it is nice to know that they are open 7 days a week for this service (and others). I made my appointment and they were ready for me on time and took time to explain what they were doing and didn't push any other offers on me. Thanks Honda of Fife! More

Very good service as always. Friendly staff and the work was done in a timely manner- even though I had to leave the car overnight, I was given a loaner. The only drawback was a paperwork glitch where I'd was done in a timely manner- even though I had to leave the car overnight, I was given a loaner. I brought my Pilot in for a recall issue, they had me right in and when i asked for some additional service requests they took care of it in the same time estimated for the recall issue. The selection of cars was pretty good, it was nice to see more used vehicles then most dealerships since that is what we were looking for. He got someone else to help us with a certain car because he knew more about it. Being first time car buyers, my boyfriend and I brought my parents to help out. The salesman that started helping us was very aggressive and rude. He did not directly talk to my boyfriend and I instead talked to my dad, which did not make sense because we clearly told him WE were the buyers. He was incredibly aggressive and pushy so much that we left. We ended up coming back for the car but it was because of the car and not because of the salesman. Everyone else we encountered was nice and not pushy. We did receive multiple calls after we walked out, and the salesman was still incredibly pushy on the phone. When we decided to actually get the car and were approved for it it was a Wednesday and could not get it till Friday, we were told they would hold it for us, and when we showed up to get the car they had just "almost" sold it and the car had just been test drove. Wish they could just be up front and honest! More
