Both employees at the service desk were friendly, smiled and greeted each customer. They were both very busy but still took the time to welcome each customer and informed each customer that he/she will be and greeted each customer. Great experience dealing with them on the Costco Auto Buyers program. The only downer was the $140 ticket we got for failure to come to a complete stop on a red light that leads you to the dealership of Buyers program.
