Michael Moore was tremendous throughout, working with me to get exactly the car I wanted, and explaining in detail all that the Pilot has to offer. Just before leaving, Michael took the time to set up my car for bluetooth operation and followed up a couple days later with a call to ask if I had any questions. Chris Thompson in finance and the GM Chris Wolf were very professional and courteous. The entire dealership has an unpretentious, down to earth feel. I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda Fife. I found the experience to be a gigantic step up from my previous experience, and Derek White was the primary reason. I had a general idea of what I wanted with several specifics as well. Derek listened to my criteria and immediately pointed out several possibilities. When I said no to a car, he didn’t question it, he just moved onto the next option. When we did find a car that matched everything I wanted, the test drive was long enough for me to get a general feel for how the car handled, as well as determine that it had stellar pick up and stopping ratios. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, Derek was a great help in getting the financing started, including setting the price. Once we were in with the financing, they explained everything as we went and answered all our questions. Overall, the experience was actually enjoyable, which was a surprising and welcome change from the chore my family and I expected. I absolutely love my 2008 Honda Civic. More

From getting out of our car to our driving away it was an awesome experience. The person who greeted us went in to determine who would be our car salesperson. We had been advised by Costco to go to your business. We were then fortunate to have Derek White meet with us as our salesperson. Derek White was engaging, personable and forthright with us about buying cars. My husband has a disability and so our first priority is the ability for him to get into and out of a car easily. Mr. White was helpful in bringing out various cars for him to access. Of course the entire time I was in love with a Honda Fit . We eventually drove this car with Mr. White giving us details as to its capabilities...major and minor capabilities. I tend to ask numerous questions and Mr. White never indicated in any fashion being frustrated by these questions . Mr. White was thorough and engaging with us. He is knowledgeable and in depth about explaining issues I needed addressed. He also has a fun sense of humor and play. We were both thoroughly impressed with his abilities . He worked for us and not only got us a monthly payment that we wanted but also drove to Bremerton to pick the car up for us.
