I did not have a specific car model on my mind to start with but Michael made my car buying process so smooth and easy. From helping to check out different car models to selecting interior and exterior colors, from price negotiation to finishing paper work, Michael was so helpful and cheerful. Whatever car that I wanted to examine, he would move the car out and let me sit in, explained every function of the car, answered all my questions and told me all extra things that I did not even know. Based on his detailed comparison between car models, I was able to make up my mind on an Accord. Price negotiation process was easy and quick without pressure at all. He helped me on every request without hesitation so that we could settle down to a price that I felt was best for me. Before meeting with the finance person to sign the paper, he explained to me the process and answered many concerns that I had. I felt at ease when signing the paper. The time it took was very short. Michael was always courteous and cheerful throughout the whole process. He showed his enthusiasm of helping customers and the high professional standard as a sales associate. I recently purchased a car from Honda of Fife. I had been searching for a car for the previous 2 months and had very specific criteria. I had been searching privately for a car because I had become extremely reluctant to go to a dealership due to the fact that I had two negative experiences before calling Honda of Fife. I found that a woman searching for a used car alone can have a difficult time. At one dealership I was treated with disrespect because it was assumed I know very little about the process and another dealership "Lost" the keys to my car that was being evaluated for trade in, as I had decided to leave. Derek White was just wonderful. He listened to me and made the entire process so enjoyable. He narrowed down the search by my specific needs and took time to explain each car he showed me in detail. If I wasn't interested in one of the candidates no time was wasted, we moved on to the next vehicle.He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and was honest about comparing them to each other. When it came down to making a choice I asked for time to speak to my son for advice. He gave me as much time as I needed. When I told him I needed to "sleep on it" there was absolutely NO pressure. He said "I want you to be 100% happy about your choice and confident that you have chosen the best vehicle for you!" I came back the next day and purchased my car! Super friendly, Michael Moore met us as we entered the site. We had previously contacted Crystal Barr, via the dealer site web site, and asked to meet with her. I had made an appointment but jumped the gun by two days so she had previous commitments and asked Michael to work with us which he did in a very professional and knowledgeable way. This was our first experience with the Accord and I have to say the car sells itself. Michael showed us the model, color, and type we wanted at the very beginning. He carefully went through the features of the Accord with us and we then test drove. There is a reason the sales people do not have to be over bearing at this dealership. The car is far nicer than its competition hands down. The experience was fantastic and the purchase went through without any hassle. The price was where we wanted , no additional equipment was pushed on us. As stated Michael showed us all features of the car at the beginning. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions asked. This was by far the best experience we have had in purchasing a new car. No pushing, no running back and forth by the salesman to try and squeeze out more money. All questions are asked both ways during the process but you are made to fill as a friend and not just another means of profit. Michael and the complete staff at Honda of Fife are very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly . Even the Yota word is accepted with a smile. We recommend Honda of Fife wholeheartedly. I have purchased my share of new vehicles from other dealers and I will say they all have friendly people. The People at Honda of Fife are more than a cut above.
