Last honda i will ever buy from fife. I bought a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe. the representative name Mike Moore helped me out. i bought the car with couple of optional features on my car (F I bought a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe. the representative name Mike Moore helped me out. i bought the car with couple of optional features on my car (Fog Lights, Heated Seats, All Season Floor mats) they told me i have to come back other time to get my fog lights and heated seats installed. (because they had to order the parts) after i drove my car for 2 hours just to drive around my tire on the right side rear popped. usually if it was the front wheel i would understand. because i couldve stepped on a nail, or some sharp object. i told honda about the situation and they said i have to pay for another tire. i asked very nicely, and see if they could do anything for me. the service department said they cant do anything, and the managers were being sarcastic to me and trying to make me like a fool. i was raged in anger. i got mad but i just took care of the tire. they did not replace the tires. they actually just fixed it. They put like a white mark when my tires were damaged and said i need a new one. so when i purchased the new one, they still had the white mark on the tires. so i made trips to honda about 3 times just to get this resolved. second problem, heated seats. my car i did not purchase leather because i was not taking good care of it in my previous leather seated car i owned. i owned 2008 accord sedan. after i dropped off my car, and they installed the heated seats, i had a huge gash on my driver side door sill. These guys when they took my car they mustve hit canada or something, because i had full tank of gas, and my gas tank was hitting the yellow light. i was mad again. they said they will fix it but they used a touch up paint to cover the area that was damaged. these guys are the worst guys ive ever witnessed and got played out. (one more a guy name larry on the accessories department, he was lying and hustling my money saying the hdmi usb port connector was 199 when on honda it clearly says 99) summary of this story 1. they did not replace the tire that i paid for. after it went flat of after driving for 2 hours. 2. managers and the workers are by far the worst customer service i dealt with 3. installing heated seats and gashed my car on driver side door sill and used touch up paint to cover it up. 4. they used my gas completely 2 times when i dropped off my car to install the heated seats (i even took it to Classic that where they go through to install the heated seats) 5. the guy at accessory department, lied and false advertise about saying HDMI port is for $199 when it was actually $99 More

No pressure to buy a new car over a used car. I told my wife driving away, I will buy a car from him just for that. Dex was off when we came in a couple of days later, but he had handed our information off to Derek and he continued the great customer service that Dex showed. Mario provided quick and knowledgeable financing information and was super quick on getting us out the door. Overall, I am very pleased with Honda of Fife and will gladly recommend my friends! More

I had a pleasure to deal with Jin Kwon from Honda Fife. Great guy. Didn't sound like a trained robot. Sounded like a sales person with an actual personality. Does his best to secure a good deal. Didn't want to waste our time, so he did his best to get us out of there cause it was already late. Cares for his clients since he took quite sometime securing us with a good deal on our new 2014 Civic. Thanks Jin! In terms of services, Honda Fife has been easy to schedule routine oil changes; oil changes finished within a good time frame. People there are easy to socialize with. Honda Fife hasn't failed me once, nor had I been so dissatisfied. If I was, then I wouldn't come back. However, Honda Fife just does it's business well. And I'm just a happy customer. Nothings perfect...like how there's just popcorn and no sandwiches or other actual food to eat while waiting. Other than that little constructive criticism, I will come back again for future services to come. Thanks Honda Fife! More

Great dealership I went to Honda of Fife to check out the CR-V SUV. I had tried to do the same thing at a different Honda dealership, but was told to come back when I I went to Honda of Fife to check out the CR-V SUV. I had tried to do the same thing at a different Honda dealership, but was told to come back when I knew what I wanted and then I could take a test drive. Needless to say, my treatment at Honda of Fife by Jim Kwon was stellar. He was friendly, knowledgable and worked with me to get a great deal.
