They are straight forward with what needs to be done and/or should be done if there is an issue that comes up after spot checking my car. Jin Kwon was quite helpful. Jin was patient and knew his product, and was very professional in answering questions and explaining the features of the 2012 Ridgeline I bought. He was cautious and supportive in setting up the test drive by explaining the safety features and what to expect in how the vehicle handled. I enjoyed working with Jin and found the dealership very comfortable and responsive to my questions and concerns. The only complaint I have is I wasn't informed about the cost of the GAP program until it came time to sign the papers. It was included in the loan and should have been disclosed to me before that was done. I was reluctant to agree to accept the GAP just because I wasn't told about it. I found the staff Mario did work to get me the best interest rate and loan which I am very grateful, and the coffee was quite good too! More

I arrived there in a rental car because my 15 year old car's transmission went out the day before and would cost nearly more to repair than the car was worth. So I needed a new car ASAP. I was already feeling stressed and not looking forward to suddenly needing to shop for a new car. It had been 14 years since my last car buying experience and I was feeling rather anxious about it. This was my first experience with Honda of Fife and because of the great way they handled my quest for a new car, I'm now a customer for life! Jin Kwon was my salesman extraordinare. He didn't pressure me at all. He was extremely patient and went way above and beyond in the amount of time he spent with me making sure all my questions were answered so I could make the right choice. I can't say enough about how great I think Jin is. He's very easy going and funny too! A real joy to work with! He even kept me nourished with snacks of gourmet coffee, nuts, and popcorn with special seasoning on it. Chris Wolfe was amazing, too. He carefully and patiently explained the different options of purchasing my new car... buying or leasing, and patiently answered all my many detailed questions. Mario Boschetti made the final process of signing the papers and asking any other financial questions easy and stress free. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention Kelsea. I started my experience with Honda of Fife with Kelsea on the phone. She was super helpful with my initial questions and got me on the right track to have a wonderfully positive experience with this dealership. He took all the time we needed and listened to our needs and pulled out a Pilot that had just recently arrived. While we realize how salespeople make a living, we felt like Jin truly worked for us to give us a good deal. More
