My experience with Honda of Fife was no-no I have worked managing the Service side of Dealerships for the last 20 years, and purchased many vehicles. My experience with Honda of Fife was no-nonsense, quick and painless. I found the car I wanted online, emailed and received an aggressive price commitment. I had two trades, my daily driver and a motorcycle, and they got me squared away. Hassan was very engaging and kept me up to speed during the process. Everyone I spoke with seemed upbeat and grateful to the customers that they were working with. I am typically not one to buy additional items once in the F&I office, but opted to buy the pre-paid Maintenance for my new 2017 Accord Sport SE ( a nice discount from individual retail pricing, and I prefer to use the Dealer for my repairs and maintenance). I will be happy to visit again come service time, and will refer as best as I can to Honda of Fife in the future. More

I moved to Washington in 2014 and when I needed to get my Honda civic serviced I called around to a few dealerships to get an appointment that fit my I moved to Washington in 2014 and when I needed to get my Honda civic serviced I called around to a few dealerships to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Honda of Fife was the only one that could get me in at the time I had available. During my first visit at Honda of Fife I decided to walk the lot to look at the new cars they had and was met by a salesman by the name of Michael Moore. He asked if I was looking to buy and I told him no, my car was being serviced. He didn't just turn and walk away that day. He knew he wasn't going to make a sale but proceeded to ask me about my current Honda. Then when I asked about a couple of the cars on the lot he answered my questions without being pushy to get me to test drive to make an offer. Once my car was done being serviced I said my farewells and left. This process happened every time I took my car to be serviced over the past year and half. Michael never made it feel like I was being pressured into a car I didn't want. About a week ago I decided to upgrade my car to a new model and with the past years of incite that Michael had given me (and my own research) I felt I was well informed. I called and told Michael I was on my way and he said he would be ready for me. When I got there Michael greeted me and asked if it was alright that his friend Terry help me while he finished with the customer he was working with. I can respect that so Terry took over. I was happy that Terry has the same perspective as Mike in the way they do business. I had decided on a Honda Accord Sport but didn't want my husband to be left out with the upgrade so I asked if they had any BMW's on the lot (hubby is a BMW fan). They did, so after my hubby arrived he took a couple for a spin. He ended liking one that was there. Who knew ... a BMW at a Honda dealership! I got the deal I wanted at the interest rate I demanded on my new car and Dexter, Tom and Jim worked Extra hard to get my husband the rate we were promised then exceeded it by getting it even a point lower! I have had nothing but a great experience with the service department for the past 18 months, and found the sales and finance staff to bust their tails to get me what I want. I am VERY pleased with this whole experience and look forward to working with this for years to come! More

Today I came back because they said they'll set me up with 1st 2x oil change for free but now they change the subject. they going to charge me oil change and they offer me 15% off so please don't believe anything that come out from Honda of fife dealership people they are a bunch of liar.
