Derek was phenomenal! Derek asked us what our desired monthly payment was, and made zero pushes for us to increase that amount. We have browsed at places before where we eventually encountered the dreaded “closer”, but we’re so happy when Derek took care of us from start to finish. And Jay in financing was easy to work with too. Not to mention the extra special touches before we left. I’m a grouch! I’m admitting I am hard to get along with and rather anti social. However even when I growled at the people helping me Honda personnel treated me well I’m admitting I am hard to get along with and rather anti social. When they had inadvertently damaged a part on my car they replaced it no questions asked and they always do a thorough inspection when I have the oil changed this results in me saving a lot of money by capturing the problems early. I found what I wanted and we took a test drive. He worked very hard to get me the payment structure I felt comfortable with so the deal was made. He also went out of his way to provide a short ride to my husband to pick up his car from a detail shop while I finalized the deal. Above and beyond is the description I think of. I'm a loyal Honda owner and I appreciate and recommend Honda of Fife. More
