Great during sales process, less so afterward. I purchased my car through Honda of Fife in December and the sales process itself was fairly easy and smooth. However, when I got my car home that nig I purchased my car through Honda of Fife in December and the sales process itself was fairly easy and smooth. However, when I got my car home that night, I noticed that the backseat floorboard on the passengers side was soaked with water, and the tint on the backseat driver's side had been torn when they removed the window sticker. I contacted the dealer and my sales person told me that the water was likely caused by the detail that the car was given prior to me driving it home. There was no offer made to dry and clean the interior, nothing. My boyfriend had to remove the interior on his own and use a dehumidifier to remove the water. I have no doubt that the car would have ended up with mildew, had we not done this on our own, as there was an extensive amount of water and the carpet was soaked. I talked back and forth with my salesperson regarding fixing the window tint that they had damaged. I was told I needed to take the car back to the dealer and they would drive it to their tint place, they wouldn't let me drop it off myself. When I dropped the car off, they informed me that there was nothing scheduled with the window tint servicer, even though I had confirmed the appointment with my salesperson. They did end up fixing the tint that day, after a lot of hassle. The sales experience itself was fine, but the dealer was very reluctant to fix the damage that they caused to my new car. More

Awesome customer service I have been using the service center at Honda of Fife for many years now, and I have never had a bad experience, Jeff Parks has always been ultra prof I have been using the service center at Honda of Fife for many years now, and I have never had a bad experience, Jeff Parks has always been ultra professional, friendly, and attentive, He keeps me informed about changes that impact my Honda Accord and about service milestones that are coming up. I cannot imagine a higher level of service than what I receive at HoF from Jeff and the rest of the team. Also, if Jeff were on my team I would give him a $10,000 raise for his high standards and commitment to quality service, More

Tires I took my car 3 times in Honda Fife because it was losing air, waited for almost two hours. They said they didn't find anything on the tires each appo I took my car 3 times in Honda Fife because it was losing air, waited for almost two hours. They said they didn't find anything on the tires each appointment. So i took my car somewhere else because I didn't believe Honda Fife anymore telling me they didn't see anything on the tire. So i decided to take it somewhere else and less that 30mins they said we found a nail on the tire. Do get your car service here, its a total joke. More
Best experience ever buying a new car! Came in on Sunday and was able to drve my new Honda off the lot within 2 hours.
