Not a good experience I have been going here for over 10 years bought 2 cars here, just bad experience. I had online appt for 1045 arrived at 1030 to be on time. Was told appt time was 1115, I don't understand the change but followed thru with appt sat in outside seated area so I saw they took my truck back at 1110. So this sounds petty but coming here on a regular bases and usually make my appt for first Sunday appt and in the past even with appt and even being early people have been there without appt and have been serviced before me. So why make an appt. Unfortunately just totally caught me on the wrong day enough to complain about it. My Ridgeline 2007 and over 180,000 mile my goal was to look at new Ridgeline because you had the limited Black on site. It was again just this time set me off and not happy I don't live in the area and why should I drive 45 minutes to get treated like this or buy new truck. Truck was not brought out until at about 1225. This I don't blame on employees it appears mangers allow this and it appears to happen serval times that I have been there. More

Worth the drive! Although there are other Honda dealerships closer to where I live, the service at Honda of Fife is so outstanding, I will drive the distance. I recently worked with Richard who worked hard at getting me the services I really needed while keeping my cost down, even applying discounts I didn’t know about. He explained everything to me and also made sure the work was done in a timely manner. He even helped me load my groceries into the loaner car! I felt very well cared for. Very polite but We were offered 2 incentives by the Honda dealership sales manager, and the deal was made and the contract signed based on that. Then we were called a couple of days later that the dealer was wrong and had to withdraw one of the incentives which would increase the sales price by $1000. Either this was an honest mistake or it wasn't and both are wrong. Also the car was handed over to us with no wiper fluid. More

Vehicle Purchase Although the salesperson was friendly, I was disappointed in his seemingly unwillingness to advocate for us with his manager over the trade-in value o Although the salesperson was friendly, I was disappointed in his seemingly unwillingness to advocate for us with his manager over the trade-in value of our old automobile. In addition, the whole purchasing experience was somewhat frustrating, with frequent delays for no apparent reason, as they didn't appear to have an excessive amount of customers. We patronized this dealership because it was the only local dealership which was listed with the Costco Auto Buying program. More
