He also noted that my tires needed to be rotated and did so free of charge. The tire pressure warning light came on minutes after leaving the dealership and the windshield washer fluid was empty. Tire pressure and this fluid level are two of the services noted on the receipt as "checked and okay". It's a busy place and things can be overlooked. I totally understand and I'll be back as my lease expires in March. More

Unnecessary accessories The services were okay with other guys, but Michael did the best he can and no any complaint of him. First, the onilne quote is junk, it was $27044 of CRV EX. I discussed that with a sales and got the price reduced on $26700. However, nobody admitted with the reduced price when I went to the store! Also, that store preinstalled many unnecessary accessories on the new cars and something couldn’t be removed. So, you have to pay two or three times price to get them , even though you can find them online on reasonable price and the same quality. For those reasons, the finally price of my car was over one thousand higher than I expected OTD price. The financial service of Honda of Fife is excellent, the APR is fair and the everything get done in one hour. More

We live in a condo, so we were panicked about it waking our neighbors. At 7:00 Friday morning, i went to the Service Center and Dani and Warren calmed me down and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for the next day to have it installed. Warren even told me what to do so the horn would not go off again that day. The van couldn't be fixed the next day, so Dani provided me a loaner vehicle and then called me the next day to let me know our van was fixed. I learned that Warren went in to the Service Dept that day to fix the van, even though it was his day off. Dani and Warren were true superstars and went out of their way to help us when we were in dire straits. Honda of Fife service is the best! More
