New Car Check Up I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was greeted and service was quickly started. Instead of sitting in the guest room I wandere I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was greeted and service was quickly started. Instead of sitting in the guest room I wandered into the sales department. A salesman named RAJ greeted me and I asked him if I could inquire about some of the amenities of my car that I still did not understand. He didn’t just answer my questions, but offered to take me on a tutorial drive, which I quickly accepted. The tutorial lasted a full hour and he was very thorough showing me things I never really knew how to access. It’s one thing to read a manual and quite another thing to be shown with hands on experience. I am so thankful for the time RAZ spent with me. It was reall invaluable and now I’m much more likely to use some of these amenities. Bottom line: both the parts department and the sales department did a superb job serving me yesterday. Service was great and the work looks fantastic. Just had body molding put on my new Accord and it looks wonderful.
