A mixed experience We used the Costco buying program in order to shorten and simplify our carbuying experience; further, we informed staff that we were going to be payin We used the Costco buying program in order to shorten and simplify our carbuying experience; further, we informed staff that we were going to be paying cash. It didn't seem to matter - we were still at the dealership for well over an hour filling out paperwork that we - or you - shouldn't need. Reviewing the papers I have, I don't see the Costco comparison sheet, but I will ask for it when we go to pay and pick up the car in the next week or so. (Yesterday we simply reserved it, and will pay when we pick it up.) Too much time was spent in trying to sell us the protection package. I have an idea related to Covid - you should give each person a cheap pen that they can use for all the signing and initialing that's done - we used pens from 3-4 different staff. This is not a good idea. You'd do better to simply give people their own pen at the time they sign their first document. More
