We told them about our situation in which our car got totaled and we needed to get anothe The team at Honda of Fife brought out the red carpet for us. We told them about our situation in which our car got totaled and we needed to get another car ASAP. We provided them with specific criteria such as price range, make/model, mileage, reliability, and dependability. They found us about 6 cars that met those criteria and let us shop with no hassle or pressure. We test drove the cars, slept on it for a day, and finally settled on the car we wanted that we are satisfied with. The chocolate chip and popcorn was a big plus. Shopping for a car takes longer than you would think. Overall, we were very happy with the people we worked. More

Honda of Fife Rocks! We originally took our 2004 Honda CRV to Honda of Sumner to replace the recalled airbag and to get the 140,000 maintenance. While at Honda of Sumner We originally took our 2004 Honda CRV to Honda of Sumner to replace the recalled airbag and to get the 140,000 maintenance. While at Honda of Sumner they said the water pump was leaking and "it is a ticking time bomb" and should be replaced immediately for $800 plus. Since that is a large amount, we wanted to have it checked at Honda of Fife where we have done lots of business in the past. We also had a 20 percent off coupon we could use there and Honda of Sumner wouldn't honor it. We made an appointment for three days later at Honda of Fife; took the car in, left it, got a loaner car, and basically before we got home Honda of Fife called to say there wasn't a leak in the water pump. They said maybe it was leaking after it received a car wash at Honda of Sumner. Well, HOS said they were going to wash the car, but when we received it, they did not wash it. They also tried selling a new set of tires. We are upset with how Honda of Sumner dealt with us so we will now be bringing all three of our Hondas to Honda of Fie for service once again. More
