I'm at that point where I don't need to bust my knuckles any more. And though I know probably more than any mechanic in the place about the theory of control of internal combustion engines and their fuel injection, I just don't have the muscle memory or experience pulling off exhaust manifolds and the like, or adjusting valves. Those things should be done by a technician type that knows the techniques for doing the job, even if he's never had a class on combustion theory. The problem this last time is I brought the car in and told you specifically the codes it was throwing and exactly what I thought the problem was, including specifically the air boot between the air cleaner and the throttle body. I also said there appeared to be another vacuum/air intake issue, but I couldn't find it using propane. You guys diagnosed the second issue as a pcv valve hose. Great. Told me you'd have the part and it would be ready by tuesday. Tuesday you called and told me it was done. I said I was skeptical and I asked that you drive it around and see if the codes popped up again, because they always do within a mile or so after reset. I called back and whoever was there TOLD ME THEY DROVE IT AND IT WAS FIXED!!!! So I get a ride in there from my buddy, and get the car and hustle to pick up my daughter from school activities. I'm not even to 20th street before the idle starts to run away and the codes come on again. Lying Smiling xxxxxxxx. I bring the car back that night, get a loaner car (thanks by the way). Wednesday I call and YOU GUYS STILL HADN'T EVEN REPLACED THE PARTS YET!!! YOU DIDN'T DO THE JOB FOR WHICH I PAID, AND OBVIOUSLY LIED ABOUT TEST DRIVING THE xxxxING CAR. Anyways, another guy calls me and tells me it's fixed for real this time. I ask him personally to drive it. He assures me he drove it 8 miles and it was fine. Sure enough, I picked the car up Thursday morning first thing and, yes, the parts were in, and so far no codes or runaway idles. For that I thank you. Good job on diagnosing the PCV hose. More

Sales person Raj was very friendly and clearly cared about making sure we saw different trims and options in new/used cars so we can make a better decision. He also went over details about utilizing the Honda website for maintenance etc. as well as explained to our teen about how to get help such as road assistance. The finance person was direct and he did a good job of explaining insurance options. The facility was clean. There is a nice coffee machine with different options on it, and a snack vendor, which were useful as we were at the facility with our teens for a few hours. At the end of the transaction, the car was washed and decorated with balloons and a “congratulations” sign was on it, which was a nice celebration. More
