Great I brought in my 2015 Accord for a 60,000 mile service. The Service Dept. doors opened promptly at 7am, and Jeff was able to help me right away. He ask I brought in my 2015 Accord for a 60,000 mile service. The Service Dept. doors opened promptly at 7am, and Jeff was able to help me right away. He asked if the car was having any issues, and I said no. He assured me that they would inspect everything thoroughly and make sure the car was in good shape. I needed a ride to work, so he offered me a loaner car. He told me they don't typically offer loaners for short services like oil changes, but they sometimes do for longer services. Cool! I made it work by 7:20, and around 1 pm, I received a call from Jeff that the car was all done and everything went really well. When I picked up the car, Jeff reviewed all of the services with me, and I was pleased to hear that there were certain items that didn't need replacing because they were already in good condition. I felt that the bill was fair at $430 (right in line with what I was expecting based on Google research). I checked out with the cashier, and Jeff had my car running and ready to go. Overall, I felt that the staff were friendly, honest, and respectful, and the office had good vibes. I will gladly bring my car back her for its next service. Thanks! More
