On both occasions I came in when they first opened and dropped my car off and they were able to bring me to work on time. I also asked for a 4:30pm pick-up and a driver was there promptly to pick me up. All employees are courteous and make sure all concerns are addressed. I appreciate also that my car is washed, as a busy mom I don’t always have time to take care of these things. The only feedback would be that I was under the impression the inside would be vaccumed but only the front was vaccumed, the 2nd row was not. I am not upset about it because I did have lots kids snacks crumbs in the back but I just thought that would be included. Thanks for your great service! I will be back! More

Overall very good with a minor missed touch I was greeted and taken care of quickly when I dropped off my car and they were very pleasant. Found out my plans so they could get my car back to me I was greeted and taken care of quickly when I dropped off my car and they were very pleasant. Found out my plans so they could get my car back to me on my time frame. It was an oil change, recall fix and new wiper blades, so not a complex visit and all went well and my car was ready when I returned. I wish I had known that my infotainment system was going to be reset as part of the recall. I would have taken a few photos of key things so I could easily return to my previous settings and not have to look up some of the information to put it back in. I was also disappointed that they did not reset the maintenance minder and I had to do a little searching to figure out how to reset that. The recall reset, I get and it just would have been nice to have known going in, but the maintenance minder should have been reset as part of the oil change. More
