I don't like it when people try to push sale without knowing customer requirement. I went to Mitsubishi to look at their cars. They push it very hard. On the fence about this review I called to decide if I was just going to get an oil change or schedule my 15000 mile service as recommended. I was misquoted the cost by over $100, w I called to decide if I was just going to get an oil change or schedule my 15000 mile service as recommended. I was misquoted the cost by over $100, which had I known, I would have just gone with the oil change instead of the full service right before Christmas and at the time my $400 tabs are due. Even after applying a 10% discount couple and my free oil change, my bill was still $400. Then when I checked my oil life reading, they had forgot to reset it making me question if the oil change had been done. Why I am on the fence is because the service technician was very nice and courteous. He was able to assure me that the oil change had been done and able to walk me through resetting the oil life setting and they did provide me a loaner to use during service. Also, my service was completed in the timeframe they had indicated. More

Aaron’s Awesome Associates Aaron’s service team is awesome. I arrived early for an oil change and they advised me of a new air bag issue covered under warranty. They got both jo Aaron’s service team is awesome. I arrived early for an oil change and they advised me of a new air bag issue covered under warranty. They got both jobs done promptly and I was able to get to my next appointment on time. Oh and they washed my car...it was so clean and shiny that I didn’t recognize it. I had to lock it with remote to make the lights flash so I could be sure I was getting in the right car. Jason in part is awesome too....even though he is a Coug fan. More

"Dani is the Tops"...she really is! knowledgeable, understands that every customer deserves and wants a personalized service and she truly knows how to do that. Let us also not forget the team of technicians in the shop who actually and always do an outstanding job many times under a lot of pressure but without sacrificing the high quality standard that characterizes them. Kudos to those gals/guys. If I continue with my well deserved praises, I will not have anything new to say next time when they will once more do a great job. More
