At the time That I made my appointment I mentioned that I had a $19.95 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. When I showed up at the service department I again said that I wanted an oil/filter change had a $19.95 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. When I showed up at the service department I again said that I wanted an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I wasn't told that it would be an additional $15.00 for the oil change and that the tire rotation was not going to be done. The tires had ridges and had not been rotated in almost 20,000 miles. I made another appointment for the following day to get the tires rotated. When I showed up the service writer assumed without looking that I didn't have appointment. Another service writed pointed out that an appointment was showing on the screen. I had the exact same work was done on my 2018 honda clarity at Honda of Sumner with no additional charges and no problems and no appointment on the same day More
