Was very disappointed to see widespread lack of mask usage by all staff in the service department in violation of state public health laws. Staff also operated customer vehicles unmasked. Staff also assisted customers indoors who were not wearing masks, again in violation of state law. I felt incredibly unsafe at this location and most likely will never return. I also was surprised to find that filter replacement turned my $175 estimated service into more than $300. More

Brand new CRV had issues the next day. The car was NOT fully checked before I drove off the lot. I couldn’t start the car the next day, multiple phone calls and emails to get the issue addressed. Two vis fully checked before I drove off the lot. I couldn’t start the car the next day, multiple phone calls and emails to get the issue addressed. Two visits to the dealer in a week on a new car is unacceptable. I received an apology from the GM only after I contacted him via email after leaving several messages. Just tried the service department at Honda of Fife for the first time, and the customer service was STELLAR.
