Jeff was great; we had a tire that needed to be replaced because of a nail that could not be repaired. Jeff told us he could get the tire in a day and they repaired and rotated my tires in about 30 minute because of a nail that could not be repaired. Came in to pick up plates and have someone look at the passenger side window that did not work. We picked up the plates and had Richard Blix put them on and have service look at our window on the van. Ju passenger side window that did not work. The staff was great ,, just had to wait longer than I thought ,, but well worth it as I now have the same tires front an back.. Jeff also made up a package to send in for a rebate, because of an oil chan thought ,, but well worth it as I now have the same tires front an back.. I had not felt any genuine customer service care from anyone (The employees demeanor is so serious and haughty). The welcome was uncomfortable. They seemed to have forgotten how to take care of the anyone (The employees demeanor is so serious and haughty). The welcome was uncomfortable. They seemed to have forgotten how to take care of the paying customer, Jeff the service advisor was unfriendly and dishonest. He did not consult with me of additional repairs (He just moved forward without my consent) and I find out they charged me for something that I possibly may not have needed or could have done myself. After all isn’t an advisor suppose to advise and be honest and transparent. This Honda Fife dealership and service center is shady and you will not get any valued service or product for your dollar. This experience has made me realize that even though the Honda cars are reliable and reputable, the ones (At Honda Fife) selling or servicing aren’t good people. Very disappointed! More
