The tech guy (sorry, forgot the name) was helpful, and Alex Baldwin, the salesman, was low pressure and got us a fair deal on a good car. Zack Taylor started and finished the process and was helpful and friendly, just as the rest of the staff. I was prepared to walk in and not get what I was looking for, especially coming in so close to closing, but these guys did what they needed to do to get me in the car I wanted. Thanks More
