I have had issues with my car since the first year I owned it. Honda Escondido has had to deal with my issues over the years even though I did not buy the car from them. However, I think that one of the owned it. Honda Escondido has had to deal with my issues over the years even though I did not buy the car from them. However, I think that one of the major recalls on my car, finally fixed the issue. Honda Escondido’s service department has been patient and tried numerous times to fix my issues prior to Honda Corporate making the recall public. I am sure every time I brought my car in for these issues, they were not excited to see me, but they always treated me well, listened to my concerns, took copious notes, and did what they could to try and fix the issue. For all my other standard maintenance on the car, Honda Escondido’s service department has been quick, sends video proof of any issues that need to be addressed, points out everything that is in good working order and doesn’t need attention, as well as lets me know of maintenance items that should be on my radar as eventually needing attention, but not right at that time. I feel like they are honest and do a good job. Omar has been my service advisor for the past few years, and that man is a saint. Again, I have not been the easiest to deal with due to the car issues (that now seem to be fixed after 6 years of fighting), but he has always been a true professional and handled things the best he could with the information available to him based on the circumstances. I do recommend this service center, and know Omar’s clients are in good hands. More
