I would like to thank Gabriel Lopez for his understanding and diligent effort in reaching out to me to resolving the issue with my car. It turned out to be a dead car battery. But, nevertheless he helped expedite the situation to get this issue taken care of and resolved. I appreciate very much it! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! I just called HONDA of ESCONDIDO and wanted to speak to the service Department about my 2017 CRV. I was told that the service department was closed d I just called HONDA of ESCONDIDO and wanted to speak to the service Department about my 2017 CRV. I was told that the service department was closed due to covid-19. I called on Saturday 4/4/2020 at 12:15pm. I proceeded to tell the customer service representative my problem realizing that he most likely couldn't help me. But, I thought I would give it a shot. Anyway, I mentioned to him that my car wouldn't start and I was getting an error message of Hold / Brake System Problem - He proceeded to tell me it was most likely a car battery issue. As I asked him a few more questions.....he started laughing at my questions which being a female I felt inept and stupid! He could have been a bit more patient with me and understanding ...... SO VERY RUDE TO BE LAUGHING during my conversation with him. He admitted he was laughing as I asked him why he was laughing at me and he said he didn't understand my question(s). He could have told me that rather than laugh at me. All I wanted to know was why my car wouldn't start......and how I could remedy the problem.....so sad to get someone who didn't care about my situation. More
We went here to buy a car and parked right up front outside the front door. While looking around another vehicle had hit our car and done some damage to our vehicle. I noticed the damage while walking past our car and immediately showed the damage to employee Ken Knight whom was assisting us and he immediately became very defensive stating how we didn't do that, we would never do something like that and not say something. Ken was more interested in selling cars. Ken went to geta manager to assist us with this hit and run and about 30 minutes past and no manager so I asked Ken if he talked to a manager he said "yes I've talked to all four of them but they are busy selling cars. Finally Brad Triplett came to talk to us and seemed very unconcerned. He did not offer to review the camera right out front telling me " if you want to I can request the video for review, just let me know" I had to tell him 3 times "I'm letting you know so he would help get the video. A couple of months later they never got back to me. More

I discovered a damage after the service had rendered. I am hoping that a lesson will be learned form here. So no one will make the same mistake I made. I failed to check for damage on my vehicle and so the person who checked it in at the dealer. If your car has no damage, make sure they make a notice of it. I went to many different auto dealers, they are pretty at checking around the vehicle and make notice of any damages. To be honest, I had a not so good feeling at the time I called to schedule my vehicle for service. Honda of Escondido told me that I cannot check in my earlier than my appointment because no one will do paper work for me; I was told by a lady I spoke on the phone. I brought in my vehicle about 15 minutes earlier, a different person checked my vehicle in. It just so happen that my car had a damage after all. They denied to fix the damage on my car. I don’t want them to fix the damage that they did not cause. But at least they should do a better job check in for damage around the vehicle. At least I have learned a good lesson to day. More
