We were pleased with the buying experience in that we were treated professionally and wait was kept up a minimum. This should have been mentioned during the buying process. We called the dealership back a couple days later and left messages for Alberto, our salesperson, and Richard, the manager to discuss this issue. Neither bothered to return our call.
