This is my 3rd lease through Honda of Escondido. I worked with Steve Drake the first two leases and with Paul Najor, the Internet Sales Manager on this most recent lease. The process was fast and friendly and we got a beautiful new Honda Civic EX in Rally Red. Gorgeous! They always treat us like family and I can tell they really appreciate the repeat business. I highly recommend Honda of Escondido to anyone looking for a vehicle. The staff is all smart, courteous, and honest. Paul met with me and was a bit standoff-ish from the start. I did not feel very accommodated until the pen hit the paper and I accepted the terms of the sale. Richard in finance was a bit pushy and initially stated we could not remove the after market alarm system as I did not want this, but returned shortly after and removed it after much push and pull. I did not enjoy that at all. But thanks to Jorge Lee who was very nice and accommodating. I would give 4 stars if it weren’t for the initial impression from the first two gentlemen I met with. As a customer service manager myself, I think the etiquette needs a little bit more work for customers spending tens of thousands of dollars. More
