Do not shop here! I recently bought a used Honda here and after 5 days it had issues. The battery was completely dead and there is another issue to where the car won't I recently bought a used Honda here and after 5 days it had issues. The battery was completely dead and there is another issue to where the car won't start, even after replacing the battery. I am having it diagnosed by another, more reputable shop, now. Upon informing the dealer of the issues and asking for their help they were immediately condescending, telling me I should expect these issues when buying a used car and that "these things happen". They also gave conflicting information regarding a service indication that was on the screen and continue to refuse to provide my cars inspection that they supposedly completed. They just keep telling me it was "fine" on the inspection, even though the battery terminals were corroded and one terminal was not tightly connected (came off in my hand) and the used car manager told me it was not noted in the inspection. This makes me think they either noted it, and other problems, in the inspection or they did not really do a great inspection like they say they do. They also told me that I should have bought the extra warranty if I didnt want "these things" to happen. Thomas (used car manager) informed me that the only thing I could do at this point was to pay to have my car towed to them and then pay at least $200 for the first hour of diagnostics and then added that there may be more fees if they can't diagnose it within the first hour. The way he stated this gives me the impression that they will rack up the fees as much as they can. All along the way, there has been zero sympathy for the situation or attempts at customer service. This dealership is shady and after finding other reviews, it seems like they have been quite shady for a while. I only wish I had found those reviews before buying a car from them. I would not recommend them to anyone and would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere for your vehicle. Otherwise you will end up like me, having to spend hundreds of extra dollars on a vehicle before you even make a payment on it. More

Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient service option. There are times I feel like value for money is not comparable to local shops.
