I made appointment for 11:00 am for two specific problems with my 2008 CRV, the front passenger side door lock assembly isn't working, and I'm getting crunching noises from the front end when I turn the stee with my 2008 CRV, the front passenger side door lock assembly isn't working, and I'm getting crunching noises from the front end when I turn the steering wheel, especially when parking. My car was also due for an oil change, but that wasn't an issue I was concerned about as I can have that done anywhere. I was told by my rep, Fred Borek, my car would be ready by mid to late afternoon so I went and sat down in the customer waiting area. I waited till around 5:30 and then sent him a text asking if there was any word on my vehicle. I waited and waited for a response, but got none. About 6:30, realizing the dealership is supposed to close in a half hour, I walked into the service area to find everyone gone except Darrius. I told him I'd been waiting for almost eight hours and never received any updates. He apologized profusely. He said he'd inform Fred and the Service Manager and that he wouldn't charge me for the oil change. He said he or one of them would contact me the next day and had my car brought down as I need it for work. but I've never heard from anybody. I took a day off of work and waisted it sitting in their dealership for almost eight hours and nothing got fixed. I appreciate that they did the oil change for free, but that wasn't why I brought my car there.. Other than that I'd have to say it's the worst service experience I've ever had anywhere. More
