This was the absolute WORST experience that I’ve ever gone through with a dealership. I wanted to come downtown because I wanted a better quality experience and professionalism, but what I received was f gone through with a dealership. The salesmen here are literally con artists just like everyone says about car salesmen. They will make you feel like they are there to help you but, ultimately they just want a check! They will rob you for every penny you have! They will force you to leave with the worst deal than can get for you! I repeat do not, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will take advantage of you regardless if you have a higher down payment and/or higher credit score! I’m referring to the general sales manager Gary Wexler, salesman Gerardo Marines, and financial manager Jonathan Wilson to be specific. They are not careful in doing business and I’m here to tell you guys that you will be unsafe doing business here. Even if you tell you don’t want certain warranties they will still charge you for things you don’t need. I cannot believe this but I want everyone to know how terrible this experience was so that it at least will never happen again! More
Terrible. The dealership had the same car with same mileage and cost the day after they said the first one was sold. They are using this as a ploy to get. People to call in and visit the store. Worst experience Stay Away! Saw a lease deal in their site for $179 a month nothing down. They added a bunch of different fees and the total was working out to $4,300 down and monthly of $182. I repeatedly questioned how this is different from their site and if they could give me a detail breakdown of the costs, they refused to do so. I kept asking they finally showed me some level of detail not to level of transparency I would have liked and they had added additional random fees, paint protection fee etc. I told them to take it off they wouldnt, I also asked to see the finance manager and he would not come out of his office. Was a terrible experience, save your time and go to another Honda dealer! Ended up getting a car from Honda on Grand, better service there! More
I have my worst experience in this dealership, I have lease twice from this dealer and about to do a third time. I have inquired ahead of time to bring in my car for appraisal and was talking to Diandre lease twice from this dealer and about to do a third time. I have inquired ahead of time to bring in my car for appraisal and was talking to Diandre but unfortunately he was not around when we got there. Was interested on 21 CRV EX advertised at 259 monthly with 259 due at signing. When we start to discuss the terms salesman came out with hoopla that in order for the CRV to be at 259 monthly we have to put a 10k down and reminded me to read the disclaimer when it clearly say 259 monthly with 259 due at signing. Stay away from this dealership, they are not honest on their advertising. I did have a pleasant experienced with Lisa Pagan on my first deal and I think she was very transparent. the manager that approach us today was arrogant and no customer service skills. I will never deal with this dealership again, you don’t value a repeat customer. More

Helped me out! On Saturday 3/14, I had my bettery replaced by AAA. The computer on my car needed to be reset so the clock, radio and other functions worked. Great people and a great atmosphere. When we arrived the car was ready to go. They had it parked right out front. We had just came from another store and it was a nightmare.
