Quick, honest, efficient. Most car things are expensive anyway but they were honest about what needs immediate attention and what could wait a bit. Most car things are expensive anyway but they were honest about what needs immediate attention and what could wait a bit. More

However it is not convenient when the car is done and no one lets you know. And then you find that the contact has left for the day. More

Labor is over $200 an hour so definitely dealer pricing. Time they allocate per service is on the longer end. I take my car here only for Honda-specific issues, not regular maintenance. More
I did not have a good experience with the purchase of my vehicle. Although I paid cash(and felt pressured to finance the purchase), and a lot more than it should have been, the vehicle was very poorly prepa vehicle. Although I paid cash(and felt pressured to finance the purchase), and a lot more than it should have been, the vehicle was very poorly prepared(many many electrical problems), the document preparation was incorrect, etc. Fortunately, these issues were corrected and finally I have a great adviser in the Service department: Eric Whittaker! would like to begin this review by acknowledging that my partner and I were inexperienced and could have done more research before purchasing a car. Fortunately, we received assistance from family members w partner and I were inexperienced and could have done more research before purchasing a car. Fortunately, we received assistance from family members who helped us out of a difficult situation. My purpose in writing this review is to caution others about the dishonest practices of this dealership. During our visit to a car dealership, we sought guidance on whether to lease or finance a vehicle. We concluded that leasing was the cheaper option, with a $12,000 lease agreement and a buyout amount of $17,000. The dealership persuaded us to make a larger down payment ($8000) to lower our monthly payment. In hindsight, we should have known better than to follow the dealership's advice to make a larger down payment especially since this was a lease. However, despite our agreement to apply our down payment to decrease our monthly lease payments, the dealership instead applied it to reduce the total cost of the car (MSRP price). By doing so, the dealership knew that it would earn more money from our lease. The consequence was that the total cost of the lease increased to $20,000, which was a significant difference from our original agreement. Unfortunately, we did not realize that the dealership had made this change because the finance person hurried us through the bill of sale shortly after the dealership had closed. They had us sign an iPad without carefully going over the bill of sale with us, which made it challenging for us to identify the alterations to our agreement. Getting the bill of sale was a challenge, as we had to call over 30 times, leave multiple messages, and even threaten to return to the dealership before finally receiving it via email. It wasn't until I thoroughly reviewed the bill of sale, that I noticed that they were trying to dealership was trying to take advantage of us. We confronted them and demanded that they fix put the downpayment towards the lease like our original agreement. Luckily we have family members who have loaned us the money to buy the car out right and we are now paying them back. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a used car and after we settled on a price, they added a thousand dollar charge for "inspection" on top of the price and did not inform me I bought a used car and after we settled on a price, they added a thousand dollar charge for "inspection" on top of the price and did not inform me regarding this change at all. That is on top of the document fees that they charge. I ended up paying close to 1500 dollars on top of tax just to the dealership. When I called the dealership & spoke to their business manager I was told "you probably don't remember it but you were informed". Excuse me? That individual wasn't even present when the price negotiation was taking place with the sales rep how did he come to this conclusion? On top of that, I asked them if the rotors were functional on the vehicle since they were never replaced according to the car fax report and I was shown a deceiving & false inspection report stating that the rotors were in perfect condition. As soon as I drove the car on the highway on my way back to the suburbs from the dealership on the very same day, the car started shaking every time I would hit the brakes. In conclusion, I was charged a thousand dollars for inspection without notification & shown a deceiving inspection report. So not only did I end up paying a thousand dollars but it was for nothing. Its another thing if they deceived me into paying a thousand dollars and everything works on the car but they didn't even do that. Sold me a faulty vehicle & were too focused on trying to neglect any liability on themselves when I called instead of helping a customer who just spend close to 20k at their dealership. Textbook deception. You're better off buying from Honda dealerships in the suburbs who I've dealt with before and will give you an honest straightforward price. More
One of a handful of Chicago auto repair shops that was open Christmas weekend during a blizzard. They kept my car overnight, thawed, pumped, and replenished my frozen wiper fluid, and did not charge me an open Christmas weekend during a blizzard. Such a terrible experience with this dealer. Don’t ever buy a car with them, they sold me a LEMON!! I bought a used car (2016 Kia Soul) and the same day I drove it home, it didn’t accelerate after the stops, even worse, driving in the highway (not running more than 40-45 miles)and I knew the transmision wasn’t good. I called the saleswoman Tracy right away to let her know that the car was defective, she called me later saying that service manager told her I can bring the car to check but I had to pay $220 Obviously I got mad! The next couple of days the car was having electrical problems also! and the third day it didn’t started. I paid towing ($250) and bring it back to the dealer and left it there, they said I can’t return the car and they not gonna fix it, they said it was my problem! I asked to talk with the store manager (Gary Wexler) who at that time said they gonna send the car to the manufacturer (Kia) and when Kia Lincolnwood fix it, he’d brought it back and he can buy the car back from me. The car was nearly 2 months in Kia Lincolnwood, they didn’t fix it and the final diagnostic: was the TRANSMISION!!! I returned to the Honda Dealer to talk with them and they were totally rude, they said now is my problem to pay the car (financing) and they don’t care and I can even hire a lawyer or bring a tv stations o submit complains everywhere. I already submitted complains with the BBB and with the Illinois Attorney waiting for a satisfactory result. The only nice people over there were Tracy (saleswoman) and Joel (service manager)…. General manager Gary Wexler & Thomas Rose the most rude and unfriendly people! More
