Unsatisfactory, mediocre service and work was completed. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Every step of the way, my experience was mediocre at best. Here is what Honda of Downtown Chicago Missed: The valet service was late, these things happen. However, no one called to tell me to expect a delay until after they were scheduled to arrive. When looking at the "millage in/out," an additional 20 miles were put on my car from when it left the dealership to when it arrived at my house. The trip is 7 miles. This was a little disconcerting. When the vehicle was coming to me, the driver stated the GPS said he'd arrive in 6 minutes. He did not arrive until an hour later. After 45 minutes of waiting, I texted the service manager Fred and received no response. This is minor, but the service advertised on the website said a car wash and interior vacuum were included. However, this was not completed. Do I think the services I purchased were completed? Probably? To the best of the dealership's ability? No. In a way that was satisfactory? No. More
