I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and routine check up, arrived 15 minutes early and was promptly assisted. My attendant was friendly and helpful. However, I checked in on the progress of the check up, arrived 15 minutes early and was promptly assisted. My attendant was friendly and helpful. However, I checked in on the progress of the oil change 4 hours later to be told they were pacing at about 3-4 hours. I waited another 2 hours, reached out again to be told it would be an additional two hours. I had no choice but to promptly come back to pick up my car without it ever even being serviced. To say this experience was completely unacceptable would be an understatement. This is at least the third time I’ve come to have my Honda serviced here, but I will never bring it here again. More
