Not first time using this service dept, but first time using it since purchasing new car which happened to be newly designed HRV for 2023. So when rear windshield spontaneously exploded and they initiall using it since purchasing new car which happened to be newly designed HRV for 2023. So when rear windshield spontaneously exploded and they initially told me I would have to pay for it even though I’ve only had the car 10 months, I was upset. I filed complaints with NHTSA and Honda corporate offices. They also were going to charge me for the oil change I requested and tire rotation they recommended. I pushed back on that too because those services should have been covered by Service Pass for all 2023+ cars. Once I escalated these concerns, the dealership responded quickly and confirmed maintenance and repair of window would be completed at no charge. They also fixed problem with loose door panel at no charge. So although it was a rough start and I had to be my own advocate, they did follow through. I just hope there is no recurring defect with the rear windshield as has been reported online More

My wife brought our car in for an oil change and she was told it would be 2 hours. At 2 and 1/2 hours I called and they were “about to call” and that they recommended we need wiper blades. I said we will wa told it would be 2 hours. At 2 and 1/2 hours I called and they were “about to call” and that they recommended we need wiper blades. I said we will wait and that my wife will need the car as soon as possible to pick up our daughter who is sick at school. “Sure, car will be ready at 2:00 pm”. My wife paid for the service at 1:50 pm and at 2:30 pm she was still waiting for the car. She went to find the service rep and he was not there and someone called to check on the car. “Oh, it hasn’t been washed yet…”. At 2:35 pm she got the car. Waited 45 minutes after paying. Dealerships moan about how people get service elsewhere yet treat customers this way. And it won’t change. More
Gouges on interior where I think they pryed panel off and contents of storage bin tossed on floor. Not transparent with work suggested to be performed with my wife. Non-critical work was suggested during oil change and was not clearly communicated to my wife that additional work suggested was not connect my wife.
