Timing Belt Replacement I took my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for what I thought was a valve problem. I described the clicking noises to Craig Baker and he had me bring in my van i I took my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for what I thought was a valve problem. I described the clicking noises to Craig Baker and he had me bring in my van in the evening so that it could be evaluated upon a cold start up. Later the next day, Mr. Baker called me and gave me a detailed evaluation of the noise. He was up front, straight to the point, and didn't try to over sell. On one issue, I stated that I would get it done later, as it wasn't as imperative. He didn't try to cajole or argue; and he didn't make me feel stupid. The estimate given to me didn't have any hidden costs, and my van was ready when promised. Thank you for doing an excellent job, Mr. Baker. More

Recall Service - only pleasant surprises I called in to schedule a recall service. My hold time was only a couple minutes, at most, and they were able to schedule me for the day and time of I called in to schedule a recall service. My hold time was only a couple minutes, at most, and they were able to schedule me for the day and time of my first request. I brought the car in about 15 minutes before my appointment. Complementary bottled water and popcorn were available while I waited for the 1-hour job to be completed. It took about 15-20 minutes longer than expected, but I received my car back with a complementary 26-point safety inspection and car wash. More
Incomplete oil change Last Thursday I made an appointment to have my oil change and to check on many other things under the hood of my car. And got a report that everything was good and the oil change was completed. Yesterday, while I was at Autozone I had their men do a usual check under the hood, while I shop, and soon enough I’m told and shown how little to no oil my car has and that there are no signs of any possible leak. And again I had to buy oil to fill up. Never ever will I come to Honda of Denton to do an oil change, or any service check of that matter. Now I’m worried if the airbag recall (that they told me to disregard) is the next thing I should definitely be worried for. More
Poor Customer Service I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. I called in because my car h I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. I called in because my car had a recall. After I told them my issue they put me on hold without letting me know. 15 minutes later someone picked up the phone and I'm disconnected. I call back and and the phone is answered promptly and when I tell them I had an airbag recall, they ask me if I can be put on a brief hold. 21 minutes later, I hang up the phone. I have worked in a call center environment and this is the worst customer service I've experienced over the phone with any company. If this is a reflection of their actual service, I'd rather they not work on my vehicle. An neither people that answered the phone left their names. More
